invoice to client - payment received late

Post by marahman3001 » Tue Dec 08, 2009 9:11 am

i have invoiced my 2 clients before i applied for extension to tier 1. I received the payment from them into my account after 2 days of my application. I sent the 2 invoices to HO.
Do they consider those payments if i send them the proof of payment in additional documents ? Do they consider if i take one dividend on the day of application in advance and one dividend after i got the payment?

Make it simple, the earnings you claim, are for any consecutive twelve months period within 15 months before the date of application. So, you have claimed for a period of twelve months. If these earnings fall during that period and are supported by two different sources, then it is fine, otherwise not.

Accounts are normally preprared on accrual basis. Your accountant should advise you on these simple issues.
