Hi,
I got my tier1 visa on Nov 2009 and still in India.I'd like to apply dependant visa for my wife and kid.I've withdrawn the maintenance fund after my tier1 was received.

Please let me know what are all the proof I ned submit for my wife and kid?

As I have withrdrwan ghe maintenace fund,How can I show the maintenace fund for my family?

can i open a new bank account on my wife's name and deposit the amount?

You have to show maintenance funds for your dependents. You can keep the amount in the same account which you used for yourself.

You need to maintain maintenance funds for 3 of you.. 2800+1600+1600 for three months and not going below the total not even for 1day..

you need to attach the following docs..

Marriage certificate
Maintenance funds bankstatements
Sponserletter from you
Birth Certificate

Yes you should also show the maintenance funds for yourselves along with ur dependents...

As Chetan mentioned above.. you can maintain the funds for all 3 of u in ur account..

But if your wife has an accoutn with the required funds for "Herselves" she can use it and show the funds but main applicant should show funds in his account only.. or he can show funds for all in his account...
