I am currently on tier2 visa, during my tier2 application i had submitted by bachelor degree only.
I had the master degree during the time of my tier2 application.
since the employer had asked to send the degree i had submitted my bachelor degree only
and now if go and apply will the caseworker question why u had not submitted the master degree during my tier2 application

As Ramesh advised, you will be fine. Take both degrees with you.

For earnings proof you can use 12
consecutive months in the last 15months...
but it can be any x months in those 12 consecutive months.. not in the 15months..

Hi Daisy and everyone. I am also a Tier 2 holder and already gained sufficient points for switching to Tier 1. But I still wonder I should make an application right now or not, because my tier 2 lasts till early 2013. Please give me some advices. Thank so much!

This depends on your personal choice and circumstances.
If you plan to work for the same employer and are happy with what you are doing, then maybe you do not need to switch to Tier 1.
If you want to move from your current job and look for other options, then Tier 1 might be helpful.

I personally feel it is always good to work with independence. You may not need Tier-1 now but you don't know what is stored in the future. With Tier-1 you have flexibility to more around and change job which is not the case with Tier-2. If your employer, due to some unforeseen reasons, decideds to send you back...Tier-1 will be helpfull.

I hold an HSMP Visa which I want to extend it shortly. Do I need to mention that I am switching from HSMP to Tier 1 and also need the extension? How can I put this? Please advice me.
Thanks in advance.

Come on yaar, pls dont hijack others thread your question will go unnoticied..
Please go through the Application form on Page 30 Section C
http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... alform.pdf
C) Is the applicant currently in the United Kingdom under:
Tier 1 (General) or the Self-Employed
Lawyers Concession or the Writers,
Composers and Artists provisions of the
Immigration Rules
- go to Section 3B
The Highly Skilled Migrant Programme - go to Section 3C
This way you will continue to fill ur details based on HSMP in section 3C...
