Post by yodiyokun » Fri Dec 09, 2005 2:43 pm

Though its just 3 weeks i submitted my appeal.. I want to know if there is any way of speeding up the process.

From my research it seems it takes about 4-6...

To save people needing to wade through your previous posts can you clarify what you are appealing against? An HSMP rejection? Or an EC rejection?

On Wednesday someone posted :-
the appeal process is long
between 4-6 months and sometimes longer.
I know quite a number of applicants have their decision overturned by appealing but it all depends on the presentation of the appeal.
so you appeal and keep ur fingers crossed and continue llife till a decision is reached on the appeal
I think that person summed it up quite nicely. Who posted that? Someone called ..... yodiyokun

Seriously it does take months for these things to happen. You just need to be patient.

Yodi

I can feel you, be still and see the Lord at work.

It will definitely turn out well.
