ILR and jobseeker

I want to know i have come to the uk 9 months ago at that time my husband was working but now he has got no job and he is on job seekers allowance a single claim just on his name will this affect my ILR? as I am pregnant aswell i'm working part time any1 pls help thanks..

your claim for ILR will not be affected by your spouse claiming benefits

But he is getting council tax benefit will this affect the ILR?
