PBS Tier-1 General Migrant

My friend got the subject visa and go to UK and completed his formalities. He return to Pakistan to settle his family matters and still he is in Pakistan and now applying for his dependents. He already got his house and for self employment he got registration in UK.

I have confusion about filling the form VAF10 for the following questions:

7.16 Name and address of the company or place of study, including the postal code

7.17 Name and telephone number of main contact in the company or place of study, including area code

7.18 When did/will the main applicant’s job or course of study begin?

7.19 When is the job or course of study expected to finish?

Please advise whether the above questions relate if he fill 7.14 as Self-Employed otherwise leave it blank.

Also please advise whether dependants should fill other form alongwith VAF10 or only VAF10.

Please also advice how much funds required for wife, and two children.

He needs to complete those Q's with his company details...
for 7.19: he can mentioned he is on Tier1(G) and give the visa validity date..

For funds.. please refer Paragraph 41. Page 8 of HO Guidance for dependents

41. For example, the Tier 1 migrant has been in the UK for 6 months and is making an application at the same time as his/her spouse and two children. He/she must show that he/she has £1600 for his spouse and a further £1600 for each child, in addition to £800 required for his/her own support. In total the family will require evidence that they hold £5600 in available funds (£1600 x 3 = £4800 + £800).
