I am applying for tier 1 (General) from HSMP. I have my own Limited company whose information is:
Accounting Reference Date: 30/06
Last Accounts Made Up To: 30/06/2008 (TOTAL EXEMPTION SMALL)
Next Accounts Due: 31/03/2010
Last Return Made Up To: 11/01/2009
Next Return Due: 08/02/2010
For the visa extension I am applying in few days, which account I should ask my accountant to prepare for company accounts?
Is it Management accounts or Full Year End accounts?
FYI Claiming period is 1st May 2009 to 30 Nov 2009.
*(I asked him to prepare Management Accounts since we cant prepare Full Year End Accounts this time. He said Year End accounts are in more detail so he will prepare them and better than Management Accounts). Please Help

You can prepare accounts from your last year end. Prepare on the same format as statutory to give maximum information for home office purposes.

you need accounts as per statutory requirements for May to Nov 09 period
managemet accounts will help you .
