lcps - To Raja

Post by vicky1234 » Wed Dec 16, 2009 4:28 pm

Dear Raja Mahmood,

I can feel sorry 4u, I can understand this is a very hard time.
Did you contact to your college regarding to this issue?
Did HO has sent you all the documents back to you? Or you are
still waiting for it? What are you planing to do now, I was looking
on your college web site and there is not such course but as per
HO requirement your college need to be in registered bodies list or
tier-4. LCPS is not in tier-4 list but it is in registered bodies list. I think
that wouldn't be a issue, Speak to your college n then see what is
their opinion about this... best of luck

Thanks for ur reply. I did contact my college. They are backing me up.
Home Office has seized my college all documents. As u know they refused my case. My course was on college website and i have proof. On other side it is not a problem becaz college is with me so there shud not be problem as college is saying they offered the diploma.
I would be in more strong position if i have other LCPS psw applicants with me.
I just can not find any other LCPS student.

Did u actually study for that diploma? You previously said UKBA claim LCPS didn't offer a 'legitimate' diploma, it being on the website doesn't make it legitimate so do u have any proof of that?

Not trying to denying your story at all, but if you did attend the lectures and a diploma was offered (as they are across the country), I would imagine, you must have found some friends in the course.

What are they doing ?

Did they also get rejected ?

I know now everyone takes/needs a PSW visa, it might be worthwhile speaking to them about their circumstances. Someone must have/be doing something similar!

You never know!

Yes, i did study at LCPS,i am waiting for them to ask me any question about my course knowledge.
While I was waiting for PSW decision,I took admission in ACCA,After hard struggle now i am ACCA Fundamental qaulified.
Home Office whatever thinks, they can. They will to prove my ACCA fake as well which is impossible.
I spoke my college, they have provided me more paper evidence to challenge them.
I dont want to have attendance records,as no student on earth is supposed to have his own attendance record with him but if home office wants they can bring it to prove that i was not in collge.hmmmm
Last,Course was on website on propectus, and Listed body college is authorized to issue post graduation qualification, and i have all papers to prove my saying.

May ALLAH give me success. No fear.
