Travelling to India after Extension

Hi Forum,

I have a query about what needs to be done when you go to India after Tier1 extension and when you come back.

I tried searching the forum and did not find any relevant posts.

The first time I entered the UK on hsmp I brought chest X-rays and a report to show everything was normal.

Do I need to again do this when I fly in this time?

Any other things I should be aware of? Is the immigration as strict as it was when I came in the first time?
