Dear friends,
today I got my visa rejection from LCPS.

I had applied for psw on 25/03/2009
Got rejection on 18/12/2009

My visa has already expired and HO has given me the right to appeal.
They had given me the same reason that "LCPS has never issue PGD"
But I had provided them original documents which they haven't returned
to me. Please everyone from LCPS join this thread and keep in touch with
every one. If someone is waiting from LCPS then be ready. Work like a
team now. We can win against this ignorance by HO. Now i'm going to
file my appeal. Best of luck for all. If anyone want to contact me, please
leave his/her e-mail or contact number on thread or private message.

Dear Vicky,
My PSW visa on basis of LCPS has also refused today after 9 months bcs of same reason as you recived. I got right of appeal, so want to discuss with you and all others who are in same situation and seeking legal help to see good solicitor for that we have short time.

i withdrew my application on 9th decemeber and i am going back home..they returned my passport and i am getting married in jan.

Dear Vucky and all other friends,
As I have valid leave until dec2009,I have not been given appeal right,and its good. I am going to review or court options.
Basically college is shut. We can't really will this case on appeal. Except those certificates which we all have same,we have nothing to prove.
I am trying my best to get hold of college administration,then we can win this case.
The reason I said we can not win on appeal because we are being refused on same documents already,and appeal is on paper work then u can see how many chances we have got to win. Not really.
Unless college involves in and gives us a letter saying why our visas are refused as we are LCPS genuine students.
Going to court option is stronger why,, look,........ First it is very quiker, secondly it is cheaper about 600pounds, third we can justify that we are genuine students and it is not our fault it college did issue some fake diplomas.
Look guys if ur visas are already expired u dont have any option but to fight on this case but u are well aware u can not get any job now. Living without job in UK,Does not make any sense and painful as well.
Choose any option which is qucker. Dont waste ur money on appeal if u applying on same documents.

Is there is some thing new or productive?
How many ppl had applied from lcps?
Don't send your document b4 Christmas coz one of my mate
got lost his passport. Be careful n try to share your experience
with each other.

i have applied on 28/03/09 from, LCPS still waiting for it..be work like a team we ll sort this out ... i am not sure what ll is gonna happ with me :(

dear LCPS students, I have heard from one of my friend that CCL students are still in uk and waiting for their decision for appeal. Some applicant have got student visa too.

Is any one got some positive response from HO, court or from your college.

I think it means your degree must provide by the recognised body in order to apply for PSW. In your case, LCPS show in their website that they are supported by Uni of Sunderland, therefore you may try to contact with Uni.

P.S. I think that LCPS is the listed body, which mean they can't award any degree.
