Tier 1 Extension Application no reply from HO

I have submitted my application since 06/11/09 and till now(16.12.09) I have not received my documents back . My application is a straight forward application and still no deceision has been taken . Please i want to contact the HomeOffice to know what is going on with my application because i have been having sleepless nights . Do anybody have a contact number , Fax number or address i can use to contact the Homeoffice caseworker manager . I have called the enquiry number and the refused to give me any update . PLease could any senior member advice me on what to do ?

Did HO charge you the VISA Fees? IF Yes.. dont worry... there are many cases where applicants do not receive the reference letters but got their approvals successfully...

As it is 6th week and since your case is staright forward.. you should be able to hear from them very soon if not only after christmas.. for sure...

Yes the collected my fees and i have received acknowledgement letter from HO . But from this forum most people are getting reply under four week . I just hope everything is fine .

Every case is not same and every caseworker will not take same time.. wait with patience mate.. your no. will also come soon

Acknowledgement Letter : 13/11/09
Aproval date : 17/12/09
Application received by me on : 19/12/09
Approved

Finally I received my approved application after 41days . Just be patient as far as your application is fine , it will be approved .
