People first should do some home work before they post! Some guidance should be followed by those who answer the queries as well. Agreed the forum is to help! But we should provide some guidance to the individuals seeking answerschetanojha wrote:Obviously OP is not reading Guidance notes in the first instance which is advisable.

Yeah, that is right. Having said so, we have seen several cases here where Tier 1 application was rejected because of a simple mistake, e.g., submitting unattested online bank statement, unrelated earning evidences, etc. So, both things go together, stupid questions make more sense than stupid mistakes, at the same time one should have done home work before spending a huge amount of money for Tier 1.vks wrote:People first should do some home work before they post! and Chetanojha...
Thank you... point noted..... My apologies...
Clarification...
SO just to double check....
can you please confirm .....
a)no birth certificate needed... for Tier 1 Yes
b)HMSP guidance is now useless... for Tier 1 Yes. Use Tier-1 Guidance instead.Quite strange HO has still kept old links alive.
I have read a lot of documention and am worried about the outcome..
I do understand I might be repeating things and taking valuable time of
members who are here for helping .
I am just plain confused Forget everything about HSMP. Just think Tier-1(G) and only Tier-1(G).
All you need is:
1. Age: Passport
2. Qualification: Master's Degree Certificate(should be listed in PBS calculator)
3. English language: Master Degree should be there in PBS list.
4. Earnings: Payslips+Bank Statements.
5. Maintenance funds: Bank Statement of last 3 months.
thanks
