Changing College without study

Hi,

My classes are yet to start but can i change my college now ? if yes then what will be the procedure of doing that by staying in UK. Moreover please also inform me if i can change my course as well.

what visa have you got tier4 or pre tier4 ? if it is tier4 which was stamped before 15th of october you need to take written permission from the HO but if it was aftre 15th of october then you need to make a fresh application.

its a tier 4 visa. It was stamped before 15th October. What is the procedure of getting this approval and could you please post official link from where this information can be reviewed. I am awaiting your reply
