Listen meats,read it carefully.
Sponsor register was implemented in April2009 as I already said before that there was requirement to be on listed bodies.
Ok. Look. I am here on student visa, then why they gave me student visa,my college was not on sponosr register.
Meats,u need some sort of mental help.
Home Office refused our PSW visas saying LCPS has never issued any PGD,It means those Diplomas are fake but Home office did not say that colege dont have authority to issue those diploma.
Being on Listed bodies LCPS has power to issue diplomas.
there was no sponsor register before April 2009,Mr meats, read again there was no sponsor register before April 2009. There was only Listed bodies requirement.
Plz dont waste ur time as i already adivsed u,
dont help us just leave this forum and dont spread ur base less information.

and also go and learn some English and do go to ur doctor as well.
One simple sentence u can not understand.
read it again and gain ok.and from now on u r winner also. ok. now stop this topic and also follow my adivce to see ur doctor.
bye forever

Your college = not on tier 4 Home Office sponsor list

Therefore you studied illegally and will not get a PSW.

If you want to waste your time and effort appealing then please be my guest.

Pretty rich you telling me to learn English when you're speaking in text speak don't you think? Just further emphasises that you didn't actually go to college at all.

Put your brains together, you might learn how to speak English and not text speak.

Your college isn't on the tier 4 register, as such you weren't allowed to study at your college and will be rejected in any future appeals or applications. But please if you want to waste your time and effort then go ahead, the flights back home will probably be cheaper in the new year than they are right now.

meats

It doesn't matter whether the college is on the Tier4 register or not if these people applied under the old rules. Also, it would not be "illegal" for the applicants to have studied there.

If the college is shut, perhaps this is just for the holidays.

However, if the college has said to UKBA that certain people did not study there or there have been more applications than the college could accomodate, well this is a problem.

I fully agree with meats, How you become Post Graduate student when you not even know how to spell words in English. Basically they are economic migrant and home office rightly declare them Bogus Students

Pretty rich you telling me to learn English when you're speaking in text speak don't you think? Just further emphasises that you didn't actually go to college at all.
It was also a bogus college in which people were getting visas to study there but infact never studied at the college hence why the college was closed .

If you read earlier posts in this thread 1 guy claims to of been a student that attended (rajamahmood85) but then says things like he got his uncle to drive by to see if the college was still open , why do that if you attend the college daily to do a course ? . Also all these "students" would not be meeting each other on this site for the 1st time , surely they all should know each other ? They were all "studying" at the same college and the same classes , unless of course the college limited each class size to just 1 student ? .

Idiots using bogus colleges make it much harder for legit students to get a visa .

Mr. Rattle Snake,I know college is shut, one guy here claimed college is open so I asked my uncle who lives local in Luton to check whether college is open. The reason for asking my uncle to see was that I dont want to go to see whether colllege is open or shut when i know college is shut and i have finished my studies there already.
Finally I dont know how people have dare to act as a Immigration Officer or Judge when they are just little stupid time wasters.
Who asks these guys to come and comment on any one. They even dont know what is this forum is for.
They just want attention through nonsense and through thier negativity.
Dont be a Judge or Immigration Officer as this is not court or Home Officer. As name states Rattle Snake,it proves u do have qualities of snakes but u dont need to use them here.
If u cant help, dont put negative comments here.Dont waste ur time.

So you want us to be positive and lie instead? You don't get everything that you want in life just like you have no chance of getting a PSW from this 'college'.

Would be interesting if an LCPS student would say they've attended, studied, been marked on the course they used for PSW. I feel everyone is skirting around claims the course was offered on t'internet, but no-one has said they've attended and studied that course.

And why is the college closed? Can only be one reason really.....

Guys you have no chance with LCPS cerficates they are not considered valid by the HO - end of.

Hire the solicitors if you wish to waste your money.

Change your strategy if you wish to remain in the UK - Don't waste your time pursuing this.

HO is well aware the working of LCPS - and if you do goto court you will be faced with deportation the following day.

dear jabs, how can we Change our strategy if we wish to remain in the UK??

secondly everyone has a right to appeal, this is as per human right act and ccl students are still waiting for their decision after one year.. there is No one, who is deported yet and you are telling lcps students that they will be deported next day if they will go for a appeal.

Is this your personal/friend's experience ?? or your are the some one who think he is a immigration specialist and made his own rule to upset people by his imagination... If you can't help people then please don't disturb them either...

dear raja, please handle this new meat as well. thanks

Vicky - the next day deportation was not a literal meaning, it mean't you could be digging yourself a bigger hole.

The simple fact is - how true are you to yourself, if you did study hard at LCPS and obtained your certificate then unfortunately you have been put in the same pack as many who tried to wriggle their way out without study and paying huge fees at reputable institutions.

Yes I do work in an immigration capacity but my advice is just to help and not formal.

I encourage you to look for an alternative solution.

Get in touch with IAS http://www.iasuk.org/ and see what advice they give you about your case.

Dear Jab,
Ur second comment shows a lot helpful and informative.
As my fellow Vicky has cleared,No one of us has any capacity of being an immigration officer so we should not be such idiot to create on this forum to act as immigration officer.
If u r having any position in terms of ur profession as immigration consultant then try to put ur valuable advice and knowlede here for us but dont make stupid and useless comments based on ur own ideas without any fact.
I will appreciate if ur next comment is about a poitive advice for us and please dont try to get business for www.isauk.org
