Previous Earnings

Post by milindsm » Wed Dec 23, 2009 3:10 am

Hello,

1. Don't you need to provide experience letters from your previous employer?? your CV ??? while applying for tier1 ??

2. I can produce salary slips from my employer but the thing is, I changed the company two months back. So, I'll have few salary slips of current employer and few from previous employer. In such case, do I need to provide appointment/offer letter of my current employer.

Thanks in advance..!!

- NO Not required any appointment letters.. Just try to accumulate and get all your payslips and bankstatements as 2nd proof..
Thanks in advance..!!

No need to include them. They were required during HSMP era but not more in Tier-1.

Ramesh has already adviced on the queries.

I have 2 yr HSMP visa which is expiring in june 2010. I have been working in UAE for the last 1.5 years. Can I get an extension of three years if I show my UAE previous earnings?

Plz reply

Nope. You have to either show UK earnings or prove that you are deputed out of UK by UK based company.
