waiting for visa, since 26th of october

i applied for on 26/10/09 but haven't got the visa yet, i received the confirmation letter 2 days after the postal date. but i am bit concerned that i haven't got my visa yet.. have any of you got same problem like me?

if you got your confirmation they recive your passprt then you don't need to worry just wait and watch and if ur visa run out while you waiting decision you count as legel resident thanks

Hey Man,

I don't know if you applied from inside the UK or not but I'm in a similar position. I applied for the PSW visa on the 3rd of November from my home country with all documents accounted for. It's been a month and a half and still nothing. It's a real piss-take. I hate this endless waiting. Hang in there dude.

thanks m8, ya HO is really sucks, i applied from uk and got the confirmation within two days, but then nothing happened till nw. yesterday i phone to make a complaint about my waiting, they have said that they will get back to me asap but maximum days of dealing with complaints is 20 days, according to them.

it is a real pain in the Aaas
