It says the citizens of these countries will not need visa to enter Schengen area but I am wondering if it would work the other way round too ?

Those countries haven't joined Schengen so you'd have to check with the embassies to find out if you need a visa or not.

There are no visas for EU citizens for some 10-15 years now for former Yugoslavia.
It's free entry for up to 90 days, although I think you have to report to police in first couple of days if you are not in the hotel, since hotel will do it automatically.

Thanks for your input Axez.

I was actually asking because I was wondering if I need a visa or not
( me being a Pakistani living in Poland on a long term residence card ) since I don't need visa for Schengen countries for upto 90 days. Bosnia, Montenegro, Moldova and Serbia are among the places I dream of visiting but I am not active enough to go through the visa hassle :)

I am not sure about your situation..you may want to check with the embassy though?
