is pakistani msc valid for highly skilled worker

please tell me is pakistani msc valid and awading points for skilled worker (point is 35)

But when i check point base calculator its gives 0 point for msc.

One of mine friend applying from pakistan,he say his consultant say pakistani msc degree awards 35 point.
Before was valid and point awarded.
But as per new system 0 point
Is it true

This has been discussed on here plenty of times, use the search function and you'll have plenty of threads about this to look at.

If PBS gives you points than it is considered. Else you can try to get letter or comparability from NARIC.
