Hi
I have a question. I got the maintenance funds statement and letter from bank.
The bank has issued the statement from 25th sep 09 to 26th dec 09
but on the minimum fund letter the dates given are 23rd sep 09 to 23rd dec 09
The minimum fund in my a.c has been on 27th sep 09. So in that way what the statement say also exists in bank letter.
Not sure if the dates mismatch can be an issue. Please provide your thoughts.
Thanks

If you have original bank statement, you do not need to show letter. You just need one evidence for maintenance funds, so DO NOT make things complex for your case.

I have collected docs as per what's already stated on this forum already.
As I saw that everyone filed both these docs hence I also got them both.
The form also allows you to put in more than one doc.

Yes, you can provide as many documents as you wish, but, also on the same forum there are cases where applications were rejected just because of contradictory evidences. According to Tier 1 guidance, you need only ONE evidence for maintenance funds. As the dates of the claimed period are not matching on your both evidences, so I think just bank statement would be fine.

As Mvent00 mentioned if the 2evidences from same source are not matching then you are risking your case and making more complex for the CWorker to take a decision and further delay your case..
so choice is yours
