Form AN, dual status question

Post by teekay_tk » Sun Dec 27, 2009 12:02 pm

Hello
I have just been looking at the form AN and I dont know what to do in my situation. I am working fulltime employed and also just registed as self employed to start a home based business. Although I will be registed with HMRC as self employed and employed, I still havent filed my first self assestment form yet as it needs to be done on a yearly basis. So what do I do in this case when filling form AN's employment status boxes.

Thanks

I would show employed, but explain that you have also registered your additional self-employment with HMRC on the section which enables you to give any further information.
