supplementary employment income to show in tier 1

Post by eager2learn » Sat Jan 02, 2010 2:17 am

Hi all,
I am currently a tier 2 work permit holder. However I would like to apply for tier 1 as my current job is coming to an end. I would like to show some supplementary income from another employer which i have payslip to show for. Can I show this to gain the points in my tier 1 application, as only with supplementary income I can cross the 32k mark required to gain 75 points?

Does the supplementary work have to be from the same employer? I am working as a university researcher in a project and the supplementary work was part of that research project for a company who is a member of that project anyway.
