Old passport with tier 1 application form?

Hi there

On page 17 of tier 1 application form(Oct 2009 version) they have asked about previous passport details. I have a new passport since 2007 and my HSMP initial visa was issued in my new passport. My question is

Do I need to send my old expired indian passport with the application form?
( I dont have my old expired passport)


Is international card for foreign national is applicable for people holding valid passport?

My In-person experience, they ask you all your relevant documents even the expired passports or relevant photo identity etc.They photo copies those documents. It would be wise to send those details.
