Need some guidance regarding points to attain from previous earnings. The band provided with previous earning section in points-based-calculator convinces earning according to per annum or per month. Meant to ask commonly in job posting the earning are given as per annum in uk such as 30000 pounds per annum so that would be 2500 pounds per month.

The question is in a similar way, the band represents per annum range values ? Such as 20,000 to 22,999 pounds per annum ?

Correct me if I am wrong, Your question is the band points are per annum gross salary?

Yes, it is per annum gross salary only. addition of all your monthly salary per year like Jan+Feb + Mar+Apr...Dec.
