Child Benefit

Dear Members,

I was on hsmp and now on T1(flr),
my question is i just had a baby, can someone advice me if i am entitled to any child benefit.

It depends on your Nationality. Please post your nationality then Seniors can reply.

The parents subject to immigration control (no recourse to public funds written on their visas) can not get chid benefits for their child even if the child is British/EU citizen.
