Break in employment

Hi,

I am on a Tier 1 visa.

Would there be any issue in applying for ILR, if I have a 3 months employment break? I was still in UK during this time.

The new employer took more than 2 months to do the background checks!


Any help is appreciated.

Dont I need to show last 6 months payslips?
What would I show if i wasnt employed for 3 months in this period?
