Need Help with HSMP Extension- Salary

Hi all,

We have a quick query on the earnings for HSMP extension.

Out of the past 12 months, the main applicant was not working for maternity reasons. Please note, she was not working.

She started working from Aug 09. so out of the past 12 months, she was working only for 5 months and the points she can claim for those earnings are 25. the question is can we explain in the cover letter that about the period when she was not working ? followed by the her employment proofs?

Can any one advice us on making an application please?

If she can claim enough n required points to qualify using 5months... its fine CWorker will not be bothered about her previous months..

Pls go through the HO Guidance on Maternity-Earnings section..

I worked for 5 months in the past 12 months but earned enough points & got my visa extended fine. just explain with as much details as possible in the covering letters

As the job was a contract job, can you please let us know the documents to be provided from the limited company apart from payslips .

Presuming you are withdrawing salary+dividends from your company:

1. Payslips
2. Personal Bank Statements
3. Letter from employer/accountant confirming your earnings net, gross, dividends(net,gross,tax credit). Sample letter here.
4. Dividend Vouchers
