Need urgent documents advice to apply family ilr

Hi All,

I want to apply ilr for my family, i need 2 Advice from you guys please:

1. I am living together with my family since morethan 2yrs but i have only 1yr bills/letters in my wife and joint names, (NEED ADVICE)

2. And Can i apply ilr for my family with my Certified photo copy of my passport (as i need to hold my passport with me to travel purpose),
