Hi Nehro, I have 1 penalty point and 2 parking fines, am about to apply for citizenship. There are two fields on the application form regarding the offencesNehro wrote:Don't worry about that zafarzafar. I got the citizenship with 4 points on my licence. Penalty points and fines do not affect citizenship applications.

Yes this is an offence and it may affect the naturalisation application as in this caseAShawna wrote:I heard someone was refused naturalisation based on being convicted and fined for not having a TV licence? Can this be true? Is it criminal??
