Funds 28 days Period Rule Over?

Hello All,

I am back again, My question is that I heard that the 28 days rule for maintaining funds in your account is over? You can apply for Visa if you maintain for 3 or 4 days funds in your account..Is that true?
Actually I am looking for Loan, and the Bank Manager and others says that the loan amount will come in your account and you can apply for a visa after 3 or 4 days of that....

Kindly guide me in this regard.

this is only valid if u are going to extend ur visa within the united kingdom and valid till feb 2010 (did not mention any date). If u r applying from outside the uk then the time period is 28 days
