6 evidences required for ILR for spouse

Hi all,

My wife came on spouse visa more than 2yrs ago, she
has 6 evidences as proof living with me for only last 1yr, that
time we was not aware and we was not in need of any accounts and the accomodation where we are staying is just oral agreement and rent includes all the bills so there is no bills from 2yrs.


please advice

I think you need to re-read the form SET(M) so that you better understand the requirements. That is, don't imagine requirements that are not actually there.

Hi John,

in form SET(M)section 10 (documents) say i need to show the evidence living together for 2yrs,
but i have evidence ONLY for 1yr although we was living together for more than 2yrs,

Why don't you have any evidence for the other year? Are you sure you have no evidence? As you will see from the form SET(M) there are lots of possibilities.

IN JOINT OR WIFE NAME:

i am sure i dont have evidences spread over 2yrs,

I do have 8 evidences but all those is dated in this last one year.
( Just i was not known that i am going to be in need in future for the purpose of ILR- so thats why i did not open any accounts, not even i applied for N.I. etc.,)

IN MY NAME:
I have many and for many years.

WHAT POSSIBILITIES YOU MEAN PLEASE ADVICE.

I suggest you look again at the form SET(M) and the types of evidence that are accepted. I think you like be pleasantly surprised. For example, your wife's NHS card, possibly a letter from the GPs about cervical smear test, etc etc,,

Lots of possibilities!
