Thanks Vinny,
132 pages of document, but it is rather does not state clearly as my residual right or the way to go about it.
In first part It says something like after 12 month qualifying period- no need for further registration, then there are mentioned issue of new worker registration scheme not applicable to persons residing in UK under permanent Resident Status(mine just expired), but also (rules regarding legality of employment) are contravention...?

.........................................

After longer read/searching , I have got the idea- I should apply for residency again, with proof of continuous 12 month employment for one year!?
Then I could apply for Incapacity benefit... by then (I believe in couple more weeks- I'll be al-right to get a job)...considering time taking for the application/'s processing would be way in the past.... + to get new job- I would have to provide Permit for employment?-
Totally confused here!
Thanks!

I am still unsure as what application to go for in my circumstances?
Would anybody advise me as for decent lawyers near Godalming, Surrey?
It does appear rather essential to get one now...
Thanks!

I think that you may apply for confirmation of your permanent residence (Form EEA3).

I am looking in to it, thanks vinny- you are the star!
One sore point to stress is that current Resident permit expired, also I have been on Incapacity benefit 11/2006-02-2007 due to injury...- wander if such is to of effect to permanent Resident Application...just cant find clear cut info on those issues.
