Entry to UK thru Indian IT company

I hold a valid Tier1 Visa valid till 2012. Recently i got an offer from an Indian IT company. Though they have not confirmed about UK trip, i am going to join that company for UK project. My question is:
1) Can we come to UK thru Indian IT company and with Tier1 Visa?
2) Is there a rule stating that Tier1 Visa holders should come to UK without a job and search a job in UK ?
Please clarify.. I am yet to join the company . Couple of my friends have raised this question?
Can any one give a reply to my questions

You can come through indian company on Tier1 and its no matter that you should come here and get job.

You can come to UK on Tier-1 from your company. Your company do not require to process your work permit.

You do not have to worry about that. I am a typical example of your case and i have arrived here smoothly & been working here in the UK branch of my indian company without hassles.
