Name Mismatch for Naturalization application

Hi,

My name in Birth certificate is Mohan Sartu , but my marraige certificate has name as Mohan Kumar Sartu, and in the passport given name is Mohan Kumar and surname is Sartu. In the banks and work place and revenue my name is recorded as Mohan Sartu. What name should I put in naturalization certificate( Mohan Kumar Sartu or Mohan Sartu). Will there be any issue due to name mismatch in Birth certificate, marraige certificate and passport. Kindly help.

I would put Mohan Kumar Sartu.

Also, in case of future query I would state that Kumar is a middle name and thus sometimes omitted. This is quite normal.
