EEA MEMBER'S WIFE BENEFITS/NATURALISATION?????

My husband is a EEA member, whe have been here for over 10 years and both are permanent residents in the UK since 2006. We have recentr]ly apply for housing benefit and the application is still in consideration.
Can I apply to naturalisation this year?
