Marital Status - Seperated

Hi,

I am from India and applying for Tier 1 General.

1) In Tier 1 application, it asks to provide documentary evidence of marital status if you are not single.

My divorce petition is under process and I will get divorce decree in 2-3 months. But I want to apply for Tier 1 visa now.

My question: what documentary proof can I show for separated status?

2) What if I show Married now? Do I have to include her name somehwre in application?
