The earliest date I can apply for Tier 1 General?

The earliest date I can apply for Tier 1 General?

Hello everyone,

I am currently on post study work visa. Does anyone know what is the earliest I can apply for the Tier 1 General visa? I.e. can I apply like 3 - 4 months before my current visa expires?

Your help would be very much appreciated

In case of switching of visa's (like from PSW or WP etc..) you can apply at anytime..
can I apply like 3 - 4 months before my current visa expires?
