Got Tier 1 (PSW) as opposed to Tier 1 (G)

Post by Drizz » Mon Jan 18, 2010 12:40 am

Hi all:

Just got my passport back from a HSMP -> Tier 1 (G) extension back. Everything seens to be right (its valid till 2013) besides the visa type in my passport is saying Tier 1 (Post Study Work). Does this really matter?

I will probably call HO tomorrow anyway and ask them...

Called the HO this morning. They say send the passport back to the caseworker with a cover letter explaining the mistake and 2 photos just in case they needed it. Will get it done as soon as I can.....

Cheers and thanks for the help!
