Any one applied on or before 10 Dec and got visa

I applied on 9th Dec 09, paid fee through postal order which means the same day payment
Ack date : 10th Dec 09,
but still not recieved my visa

Has any one who applied on 9th Dec or before , recieved ones visa

I applied on 9th Dec 09, paid fee through postal order which means the same day payment
Ack date : 10th Dec 09,
but still not recieved my visa

Has any one who applied on 9th Dec or before , recieved ones visa ?
