awaiting for visa approval - help!!

Type: HSMP to Tier 1 (General) In-country application + 1 dependant
Acknowledgement Letter Date : 11th Dec 2009
Payment deducted : 15th Dec 2009
Status waiting...

Is anybody there got the visa approval for the above date please?
