tier 1 application que-6.3 and 6.8

Hi seniors
I m planning to apply for tier 1 in end of january from india...
I m beet confuse in question 6.3 and 6.8
I got my first whm visa in 2005 but it was appealed visa.(first refuse and got through appleal)
so what should i have to mention about refused whm or not???
Or just granted visa only...
Second is 6.8.
I had extand my student dependent visa in june 2009 in country uk itself..
Beet confuse is it counted as a apllication to remain in the country??
I m not sure what exactly i have to write.
Please help.

If you have had previous application its better to declare it (With complete details) as if you wont, they will know from their records and refuse your application under section 320.

Student Dependent - T1, its not switching.. it should be done from home country..

Hi seniors
6.3 I m still confuse as the guide lines mention about home office number.
I got the rejection in my first attempt for whm and than i got the visa from appeal.
So should i have to mentioned about rejected whm visa or
I have to mention in granted visa section 6.4
Please advice me asap....
