Extension Fees and transitional arrangements

Post by serggry » Tue Jan 19, 2010 10:35 am

Dear colleagues,

I have a HSMP letter of November 2007. In February 2009 I am going to switch (extend) to Tier 1.

I am not sure what fees shall I pay?

Will be I entitled for reduced fees under Transitional Arrangements for Applicants in the United Kingdom with a valid HSMP Approval Letter?

It is not so obvious.

Thanks!

Yes. I received it in 2008. And now I am extending it.

Well, in that case look into People who can pay a reduced fee
If you submit a valid HSMP approval letter with your application for initial entry (switching) into Tier 1 General, you should check the application form for any appropriate exemptions
You would be paying the standard fee (i.e £820 if applying by post or £1020 for applying In person)
