More Questions about Tier 2 Application

Ok, I'm still going through the application and had some more questions regarding some of the questions on the application.

You guys are awesome on this site and have been a huge help so far!!

Question 1: I am in the process of moving houses. My CoS was issued with my old address. Do I put the old address on the application or should I put the new one? I'm not sure if these have to match up or not???

C15: Has the applicant had his/her fingerprints taken as part of a previous UK immigration application?

I had my biometrics taken back in the USA for my initial work permit visa...is this what they mean for these questions for C15-C16?

H4: How much will the applicant earn a year?

On my CoS, my employer put my daily rate. Should I put this, or does it need to be yearly? Once again, not sure if it should match the CoS?

1. You should put the new address as it says on the form current address and the next question tells you to put your previous address if you lived at the current address for les sthan 2 years.
2. If the job on the CODES OF PRACTICE list is hourly then you shud get the total wages for upto 48 hours or watever the hours u r guna work and multiply that for a year wages to calculate your future earnings. U can only claim for upto 48 hours in a week and not more than that.
3. If British embassy took your biometrics in USA then say yes and put USA.
