No exit stamp on PP for visits to Swiss- Will it affect ILR?

I am applying for ILR based on 5 years WP+Tier 2 and I have a PEO appointment for ILR.

On 2005, I travelled(personal trip) twice to Swiss for 3 days and 4 days respectively. When you travel to Swiss from UK they(neither UK nor Swiss) don't stamp on your passport. So I don't have a record on my passport that I left UK on a particular date. But when I returned to UK they stamped on my Passport, so I have returned dates stamped on my passport on both the occasions.

Similarly, I visited Germany for 5 days in the same year for business. I also had a valid Belgium(member of EU) resident card (like UK visa for temporary residents) at that time, so no need for a Germany visa. So, no stamp on my passport neither for entry nor for the exit to Germany. I came back to UK and got an entry into UK stamp on my PP.

While mentioning the absences from UK in my ILR application, I will be mentioning the dates I left UK to Swiss and the dates I returned (4+3 days) to UK and the same for Germany(5days).

Now the questions are,

1)Will this be a problem in getting my ILR? I believe if the Swiss immigration officers didn't stamp(as I came from UK), there is nothing I can do about it right? I have all my 5 years pay slips to prove that I worked here all these 5 years and paid taxes & NI every month.

2) For the Germany trip, as it is a Business one, I have a letter from my employer mentioning all of my business trips in 5 years with dates that includes this one as well.

Could anyone throw some light on this please?

Dont worry UKBA ususally has this information on their system. I would advice you to pepare a doc/spreadsheet which contains the details of your travel (i.e. date out/date in/destination..etc) so will be easier for the case worker.

Thanks for your reply and suggestion. Now,I have prepared a doc of dates left UK,Dates returned to UK,Reason for absences in a tabular form. No calculation of days of absences and I left it for the case worker to do(still its 150 days only (annual leave 120 + business 30). Worried about those three exit stamps, after your reply I am staying positive.

Saarang, I would suggest you don't leave it to the caseworker to work out the days away, but rather you fill in this detail yourself. When I prepared my spreadsheet, I had two columns - one for Work days away, another for personal holidays away. And I showed the grand total (i.e. work + holidays away) right at the bottom.

Always a good idea not to leave such calculation to UKBA staff.

Agreed. Don't expect caseworkers to do legwork for you.Better present all info nicely in plate so they can do their job easily.

Thank you for your advices and suggestions. I got my ILR on Monday. It was so quick. My appointment was at 10am, went there at 9:00am, told at 10:00am by a CW that she is going to process my application and asked to wait another hour. But she came back in 30 minutes and said everything is perfect and she is issuing me an ILR and visa should be ready in 20mins. I got the passport in 30 mins.
