the landlord filled a case for eviction from the property.

But i would like to reach an agrement with the landlord
to ask him to adjourne the court hearing.

what about if the landlord adjourne, still affecting the naturalisation?????/

If you settle the things with landlord before hearing and landlord take back the court case than you will be allright. Otherwise it will affect your naturalisation application.
