URG - Verify checklist for Extension(Tier1) from HSMP

I am sending the following documents on monday.
Kindly verify & let me know if i am missing any docs

1) Enclosures
2)Main Covering Letter
3) Points calculator from BIA site
4) Tier1 General Application Form (Version 10/09)
5) PBS Dependant Form (Version 01/10)
6) Passports ( Self + Spouse)
7) 4 Photos ( Self + Spouse)
8) Original Marriage Certificate
9) Earnings covering letter
10) Maintanence funds covering letter
11) Royal Mail self addressed next day delivery

Proof for points
============
1) Age - Passport
2) Qualifcation - None [Evidence provided with inital HSMP application]
3) Previous Earnings - Original Payslips(not stamped) + Original Bank Statements + Employer Letter on Company letter head stating earnings for the period claimed
4)UK earnings - None
5) English - None [Evidence provided with inital HSMP application
]
6)Maintainence( Self + Spouse) - original bank statements for last 3 months with more than 2000 pounds

Looks ok..

just make sure you r using latest dependents application forum..

mention in ur cover letter about EDUCATION & ENGLISH -Evidence provided with inital HSMP application

Even though I have provided my qualification proofs with my initial HSMP they still asked for my degree certificates while extending, this was an in-person appt.

There is no harm in sending your certificates over if you sending your documents by special delivery. Make copies of originals and keep them with yourself before sending orginal documents.

Being extra careful is not bad.. you can submit them along with application..
but if that is required why would HO mention this option (Evidence provided with inital HSMP application) in Application form?? think about it.

But better safe than sorry. goodluck

4) Tier1 General Application Form (Version 10/09)
