Does Paternity Pay count as "public funds". I got ILR 6months ago. I am a self employed IT contractor working through a Ltd Company. I want to pay myself statutory Paternity Pay when I go on paternity leave in a few weeks. It's not listed on the BIA list of "public funds" but I just want to be certain that this is legal and won't affect my citizenship application. Thanks.

You're allowed public funds when you have ILR.
I tell it like it is.
