Tier 1 Dependent does not answer section F

Read the instructions given in the beginning of section F

All dependants of Tier 2 (General), Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer), Tier 2 (Minister of
Religion), Tier 2 (Sportsperson) and Tier 4 (General) Student migrants where the main
applicant has been issued with an ICFN go to F1.
Dependants of all other Migrants go to Section G. It is mandatory to complete section F if the
person is a dependant of Tier 2 (General), Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer), Tier 2 (Minister of
Religion), Tier 2 (Sportsperson) or Tier 4 (General) Student migrant. If it is not complete, the
application will be invalid and will be returned to the dependant.

J5. Is the main applicant making an application as:(J4 is NO in my case)

This question not for Tier 1 dependents. Once you finish J4, goto K1 as stated in the application.

Maintenance certified by the sponsor
K4. Tick to confirm that the dependant has sent:

This question is for dependents of Tier 2

F11. Give details when fingerprints were taken:
we are not sure of the date for the above Question, what shold i do?Can i get this details from any docs?

Tier 1 Dependents do not need to fill section F

B2. Title - please select from the following list:
Is the option "Ms" refers master or what .. I need to fill for my 4yr old son
"You can chose 'Other' and specify 'Master' is the space . Ms could be a single woman or a married woman. If you were to send a letter to someone and you weren't sure if the woman was married or not you can use 'Ms'

Do we need to fill the below query for Tier1 dependent application?
K3. Please provide evidence that the dependant has access to available funds in order to support themselves. Funds may be in the name of the dependant or the main applicant. Please tick the relevant box(es) to indicate the evidence supplied:

D4. Please enter the reference number on the entry clearance or visa which can be found in the applicant’s passport or travel document.
Is this is RED Color Printed Digital (123456) Number or VAF no on my dependent visa???

In Main Applicate form, Do we need to mention the Bank contact details as well, if so is it Customer care number? or Brach contact details??

T9. Please provide full contact details that will allow each of the documents provided to be verified if necessary. Please also provide here any additional information or explanation of the documentation sent, that will assist us in our consideration of the earnings being claimed. If more space is required, please provide the required information in a covering
letter.

Thanks
Nagu

As i noticed that the RED color printed digital is different than VAF Ref no (6 or 7 digit number), Which one is correct?

Thanks
