Tier 1 (general) partner

Post by email257525 » Tue Jan 26, 2010 11:56 am

Hi
Friends

I recently been granted Tier 1 general visa, on my passport where the type of permit it says tier 1 (general) migrant but on my wife s it reads as tier 1 (dependant) partner.

i think it should be tier 1 (general) partner instead tier 1 (dependant) partner as i have seen and asked my friends,

Is this a mistake or home office has recently started doing that, please share ur experience and views, if this is a mistake then how to rectify it please

Regards.

hi ,
I have extnded my visa from hsmp to tier1 genral with my wife as dependant.

on her visa it says Tier1(dependant) Partner

So i dont think HO have done any mistake in ur case .
They might have changed to this now.

Congrats on securing visa.

@yasa

When ur wife was granted visa? Did you make any enquiry with HO?

Any seniors please?
Will there be any problem on the time of extention?
Visa says tier 1 but what category of tier 1, psw, general, invester or ?
