Home Office reference Number doubts

Currently I am on Tier 2(Intra Company) and I am filling the Tier 1 (G) main applicant form and have some queries regarding the below:

1. What is Home Office reference number? Is it printed on passport? if yes, where exactly it is printed on passport? Is on visa page?

2. What is worker reference number? Where I will get it?

3. What is Points Based System migrant reference number and where I will get it?

Is these are necessary to fill form? I do not have any idea about these.

I do not have HSMP. I have certificate of sponsorship.

I don't think this is applicable for you.
Could you confirm where I would get it

You can provide the UIN (Unique Identification Number) that is provided to you when the CoS (Certificate of Sponsership) has been provided and mention the same in the cover letter that for the Question so and so i have provided the UIN so the CW can understand the no. and track ur WP details if required..

i think you can use that no. but please explain the same in the cover letter as explained before.. so that if that is not required still the CW knows wat that no. is..
