Thanks. I am from India as well!! and not been asked to register. what do you think about the employment date overlap? I started for second employer before my official end date at first employer? BTW the date is also before the FLR stamp in my passport. which is a serious issue i think?

i don't see anything in your 1st post regarding dates overlap

if your WP2 was approved in time of starting your new jop then it isn't a problem.

employer a end date 17 Oct 06,
Employer b
start date 4 Sept 06
Wp approval aug 06
Flr stamp 13 SEPT 06

So the issue is whether my start date before flr stamp could cause problem?

Hi, you are worrying for no reason as if you are on work permit and you switch job; you are actually allowed to work for your new employer once the new wp is approved pending the outcome of your flr application. Just read your wp approval letter carefully and you'll be relaxed. It clearly states that.

i wonder if payslips should be signed by company? they all look like a simple print out just have company name and some of my details (name, SAP number etc) but not signed or stamped....

I would like to know whether there is a minimum money that you have to show in your bank statements when you apply for ILR(like 800 for you and 500 for wife)? The form SET(O) does not mention anything about it, but I thought there might be any rule that I am not aware.

Please let me know.

Thanks,

Volkan
